About Us

Common Sense Solutions for Educators (CSSE) is a Mississippi-based educational consulting company that was founded in 2009 and registered as a LLC in 2019. Its President and CEO, Susan Adam, has over 25 years of experience in the field of education and 14 years of experience in consulting and school improvement. She is a former elementary and middle school teacher, elementary and middle school principal, MTSS/ RTI Coordinator, K-12 Curriculum Director, and School Improvement Coach. She served as Project Manager and Chief Academic Officer for consulting firms prior to CSSE's expansion of services.

CSSE's consulting team consists of approximately 40 consultants across various content areas, with unparalleled expertise in reading and writing.

Our mission is to work with schools and districts to provide customized solutions that meet the unique needs of their students and staff. We offer a range of services, including professional development, curriculum design, and instructional coaching.
